Okay, so obviously we got DECADE engraved on that top part of the belt, giving us the confirmation for us English speakers about Decade's rider moniker. And hey, look at those buttons on the side and look at this:

Okay, you caught onto it too. The past symbols of the Heisei riders on Decade's belt. It's a nice touch isn't it. Like one move alone makes it more of a Anniversary than Kabuto could ever dream to be.
But there's a story here I gotta share, but first let me show you this:
Before you cry "Where's Kiva?", I'll have you know that it was made early or Mid-07, and Kiva either hadn't been thought up of yet, or was in the planning stages and nobody outside of Toei and PLEX knew. It's some misc. Artwork that Igadevil created for his fanfic, Kamen Rider Sigma, that's hosted on his own webpage, www.igadevil.com. Now either a month or a couple month's ago, I'm going to have to go look it up, This very image popped up on a Japanese image board (I'm not sure which one, but I think it was 101). Everyone laughed at the time, thinking it was awesome that Iga's own work was popping up in the rumor mill now. But now it's even more hilarous that it's kinda in a Rider show and mythos in albit a different way now.
I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence, but damn, it's certianly an awesome coincidence. And for some reason it's not. . .
I want Iga to get his damn royality checks.
